Registration Information

REGISTRATION: A registration form must be completed for each new student enrolled with the appropriate registration fee.                   It is recommended to pre-register for your classes A.S.A.P.!

Each class has a limited enrollment and will be closed when filled to capacity.  Checks should be made payable to PPAA or COMAD We also accept MasterCard & Visa.




MONTHLY & TRI-MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS are available for all dance classes and private dance, drama or music lessons in which students are enrolled in year-round. The first payment is due upon registration.

REFUNDS / EARLY WITHDRAWAL: In the unlikely event a student needs to withdraw early, a class drop form must be completed to close the account and thus, prevent further billing. A student's absenteeism does not affect tuition payments. Accounts will only be closed with a completed class drop form and will go into affect from the date received. Registration fees cannot be reimbursed.

CLASS TRANSFERS: We do allow students to transfer into another department or class. Pre-paid tuition is credited from the date transfer papers are filled out at the administrative office. The credit amount must be used immediately and is only available towards the same student.

DANCE UNIFORMS: All preschool dance students are required to wear appropriate  dance uniforms to class. Uniforms are available for purchase at the academy. To see our complete dancewear policy guide click here.

PRE-PROFESSIONAL OR RECREATIONAL DIVISIONS: Dancers interested in applying for our pre-professional division need to take a minimum of 3 dance classes per week.

ATTENDANCE POLICIES:

General Dance, Music & Drama Classes                                     Students need to give the office advance notice to receive a make-up class pass. Students have two weeks from the date of absence to make-up their class. Credits or refunds will not be given.   

Dance Classes                                                                             Dance students are expected to arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to class to properly stretch and warm up so as to prevent unnecessary injuries. Please make sure you are on time to class.      

Private Lessons:                                                                                               Credits or refunds will not be given. For more information regarding private lessons, please see our music page.     

Cancelled Classes:                                                                            In the unusual circumstance a class should be cancelled by the teacher or by the academy, makeup times or makeup class passes will be offered for students. Classes cancelled due to weather closing will not be made up. No refunds or credits will be given.
